@EZeeE72222 Hi, our services are currently in high demand, I am sorry that you have not yet received a response. Our lines are open from 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 9:00 to 17:30 Saturday and Sunday. 1/2 Sally

@HM_Passport I'm sorry but in all these tweets you say contact us on our advice line blah blah but the lines are not working impossible to speak to anyone. My sons passport submitted 12/03 5 week turnaround still waiting emailed no response I fly in 2 weeks. Its stress provoking

@HM_Passport Applied in feb for my childs renewal so this is Week 9 and still states “processing”. Filled in a form for someone to contact us within 72 hours. Never happened! Hours on hold and after speaking to two members of staff that both promised calls within 24hrs. No call back. Joke!

@HM_Passport Easy? We sent in my brother's passport for renewal on the 10th of Feb. This should have been a 5 week process. After spending what feels like days on hold, we are having to cancel our family holiday because of the inordinate waiting time. One heck of a way to waste £2k! Thanks.
