I’m grateful I had the opportunity to work for the Chicago Bulls. It was something I worked towards for 11 years before it actually became a reality.

✨Life Update!✨ The last recovery smoothie has been poured! I finished my 5th and final season with the Chicago Bulls, and am officially retiring from sports nutrition! 13 years, 3 pro teams, 2 Stanley Cups, 1 World Series ring, and 1 NBA playoff win ;)

Since All Access Dietetics @AADietetics has grown so much in the past few years, I couldn’t balance two separate careers anymore. So I’ll finally go “all in” on that for the first time since I started the company in 2008!

Update: I picked a meal delivery with calories listed everywhere to try next week. I had to pick btwn having veggies or carbs. Which is really annoying. I obviously chose the carbs because #recovery but FFS, why can’t I have both? Can’t I like veggies without doing keto? 🤦🏻‍♀️

All I want is a meal delivery service that isn’t taken over by diet culture. That means not having the calories posted everywhere, not paleo, keto, and Weight Watcher options… FFS I just want some normal meals. Can someone invent this? An ED recovery meal service. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

@markappel26 The person to make this happen is @Kitchfix and chef @chefjoshkatt - his chef team already crushing it at 6 MLB/MiLB teams nationwide!

SOLUTION: Start at every AAA facility across the country. Most of the players there have MLB time. Build a kitchen at the field, hire two chefs per team, buy fresh ingredients every day, make meals daily. Cheaper for teams, better for players. I did napkin math here 👇
