I hear this every week. Usually from someone whose blood sugar is already climbing.

If you find it challenging to start OMAD,
• Start with 2MAD (Two Meals A Day)
• But ensure it is clean.
First meal at 12 PM, last meal by 7 PM.
Then, in the 4th WEEK, push the first meal to 2 PM and the last meal to 6 PM.
Then, at the 6th WEEK, push the first meal to 3 PM and the last meal to 5 PM.
Then, at the 8th WEEK, go OMAD between 2 PM and 4 PM, and never look back.
