I stayed up until 3:00 am watching film on newly acquired OT Max Iheanachor. This kid is OOZING with talent. The amount of untapped potential within him is MASSIVE. I LOVE this pick so much, man. I do believe he has the most upside out of any other OT in this year’s draft class. Although I do believe we were stunned that the Eagles traded up before us, I also know the Steelers have done their homework and were high on Iheanachor. I don’t believe this was a panic selection at all. Rather, it was an immediate pivot to fill a glaring need and they did just that. I’m hoping all of yinz are feeling better today and are welcoming into our city with open arms. He doesn’t deserve any of this negativity. He doesn’t control where he’s drafted. It’s Day 2.
