This sit-in isn’t just resistance, it’s a blueprint for the future of the Democratic Party. Young, new, and fresh leaders won’t wait our turn. We’re here. We’re fighting. And we’re not backing down.

⏰ 80 HOURS on the Missouri House floor. Today we were joined by Capitol visitors, our Democratic colleagues, and even kids who came to the building to see history in the making. And the encouragement hasn’t just come from here in Missouri,it’s been pouring in from across the country. 💪🏾 Republicans may have walked out. But the people keep walking in. Every hour that passes, this sit-in grows into something bigger than us. It’s a reminder that when we stand up for democracy, we never stand alone. We’re not tired. We’re not backing down. And we’re not leaving.

Today, I am calling on the General Assembly to take action on congressional redistricting and initiative petition reform to ensure our districts and Constitution truly put Missouri values FIRST.
