I ordered a $300+ perfume from @Sephora and it was LOST because they sent it through Doordash(??). Driver sent a black photo as “proof of delivery.” It was never handed to recipient. Customer support for both companies has done nothing to give me a refund. WHERE IS MY MONEY?
