It's a strange one. I appreciated his fidelity to the story. Generally I enjoyed the movie. However, I thought it was a very poor movie. If he hadn't done the tryptic style of telling the story and just told the story normally, would have been 10x better. I don't think the different povs added anything and all of that time could have been used to flush out events better. An unfortunate whiff, which I enjoyed watching.

@MemoryMedieval I realize the story is unrelated (and separated by a few centuries) but curious if you have any thoughts on Ridley Scott's "The Last Duel".

Rich Baris THE PEOPLE'S PUNDIT
He's quoting historian Will Durant, who is a Christian. But aside from stupid PR, it shows @netanyahu has an eastern worldview, not western. Even if you do NOT believe in the Resurrection, then... Jesus conquered the Roman Empire without firing a shot, or killing kids. If you DO believe in the Resurrection, then duh: Jesus rose from the dead and joined the Father. Genghis Khan did not. He was worm food, and now bones. I'd say both demonstrate Jesus has a significant advantage.
Disclose.tv@disclosetv

NOW - Netanyahu: "Jesus Christ has no advantage over Genghis Khan. Because if you are strong enough, ruthless enough, powerful enough, evil will overcome good."

@Peoples_Pundit @Timcast I unfollowed James a while ago. And you’re correct, Covid also pushed a lot of leftists to the right due to restrictions but they’re still leftists.

Packed with truth bombs from @Timcast here. People seem to be missing the point while debating whether it's 4% or 14%, or 20%. It's NEGATIVE, period, and politics is a game of ADDITION, not SUBTRACTION. It was driven negative by a bunch of leftists pretending to be MAGA.
Timcast News@TimcastNews

MAGA can’t win without its coalition. Everyone knows that, including liberals like James Lindsay, who push narratives that lull conservatives into a false sense of security while the coalition fractures.

I'm no longer in the mood or the business of telling posers what they're failing to comprehend, or glaring omissions and misses. When you pretend to be an expert on something you're not, you have to learn the hard way.

Augustus wasn’t just an emperor—he was a master of perception. Romans hated kings, so instead of calling himself one, he crafted clever new titles like Princeps Senatus and Princeps Urbis, giving the illusion of a republic while holding all the power. Even the word “emperor” comes from Imperator, a military title he took for himself. History isn’t just about who rules—it’s about how they make you believe they do. Nobody wants to talk about parasites. But reality is - If you've ever eaten sushi, traveled internationally, had a pet, or walked barefoot outside, You've been exposed. Symptoms most people never connect to parasites: 1. Grinding teeth at night 2. Sugar cravings that won't quit 3. Bloating after every meal 4. Skin issues that come and go 5. Anxiety that spikes around the full moon Even the “Big C.” I did my first parasite cleanse 30 years ago. Oregano oil. Black walnut hull. Wormwood. What came out of me was horrifying and life-changing. Your doctor won't test for them properly. But your gut knows they're there.

Rome didn’t collapse when pressure increased. It collapsed when the people running it stopped believing in it. That’s the part most people miss.

@CraigBrockie Correct, its belief and shared reality. Once lost, civilization no longer exists; only chaos.
