@BlueFox__94 I personally love Star Ward Episode III the best. But I have fallen in love with the shows more than the movies. I loved Ahsoka, Andor, Rebels, and Obi Wan……but I must say I was never a Star Wars fan until the last 2 years or so, and I didn’t grow up with it.

The Last Jedi is the best Star Wars film since 1980. (Seven Samurai is my all-time favorite film, so Rogue One doesn’t really impress me as an action ensemble, and I don’t care to ever watch Andor, despite acknowledging whatever praise there has been for its George Lucas-surpassing handling of galactic politics.) Can’t criticize TLJ without acknowledging that The Force Awakens started all the “problems”, yet so many went out of their way to praise TFA to high heaven upon release. I still remember Critics Choice going out of their way to graft TFA onto their Best Picture 2015 category, causing a few members to resign in protest. I still remember the 88th Oscars having J.J. Abrams present Best Director, as if to naïvely convey, “This guy should’ve been here, too.” The Rise of Skywalker definitively demonstrated to the known universe that Abrams can’t end a long-running story. Directorial career-ending in the biggest way possible, or extended director’s jail at the very least. We have yet to receive a proper sequel to TLJ.

@BlueFox__94 The “coded” part is interesting…I never took him as anything Christian, but more of an obnoxiously overly nice midwestern quirky guy. My main issue with the show was the last season when they destroyed character development in place of adding “woke” storylines to pander.

I don't get a lot of followers on X. Also didn't when it was Twitter. I think it's for two reasons (well, three if you factor in being an old woman and thus, irrelevant) but I think 1) I am obnoxious on this app, 2) I don't represent one thing.

@aholic327518 @BobKral9 I’ll take, Things That Didn’t Happen, for a $1000, Alex… No one should believe anything you’re spewing when almost all of your tweets in your history are derogatory, negative, and hateful comments at Sasha on both her accounts. Maybe get off X for a bit, and touch grass 😉🤷🏻‍♂️

@MarkLikesMovies It’s been my number 1 since I saw it in imax when it was originally released. I rewatched it a few months ago, because people love to hate bomb it. Still holds up as my number 1.

Rewatched Interstellar and now I’m questioning my entire Nolan rankings.

@JermTalksCinema We won't agree on this because you refuse to clock the confirmed facts of the case. "We acknowledge the process presented challenges and recognize concerns raised by Ms. Lively deserved to be heard" is how this case ended.

I would love to see Blake Lively remind people of the first time they fell in love with her work. The 3rd and final film in the Sisterhood franchise has been long overdue and the novel for it, is great. A set with her close female friends AND a female filmmaker, could be great.

@effoff1988 lol we won’t agree on this. I think, personally, they both are cooked and it will take them both a while to salvage what’s left of their career. Money and beauty will help. I don’t care about Justin, never have. But I certainly no longer support Lively.

@JermTalksCinema People who are actually caught up on the details of this case, know full well that she is not a mean girl but the victim of a bought and paid for and thoroughly proven smear campaign that weaponised societal misogyny against a mother of 4 because she dared to report a creep.

@AwardsDaily The TV shows are great. But it’s not a complete renaissance until she returns to the big screen in lead roles and gets Oscar nominations again.
