King Charles spoke of the need for "unyielding resolve" for Ukraine during his speech in the US Congress: In the immediate aftermath of 9-11, when NATO invoked Article 5 for the first time, and the United Nations Security Council was united in the face of terror, we answered the call together, as our people have done so for more than a century. Shoulder to shoulder through two world wars, the Cold War, Afghanistan, and moments that have defined our shared security. Today, Mr Speaker, that same unyielding resolve is needed for the defence of Ukraine and her most courageous people.

The Commission just presented the most structurally ambitious reform of EU policy-making since the Better Regulation Agenda in 2002, and the most ideologically charged. Where previous reforms improved the BR toolkit as a governance instrument, this one repurposes it entirely, deploying it simultaneously: •to erode procedural safeguards (two-tiered IAs, formalised derogations, flexible consultation) •to systematically dismantle parts of the existing acquis (Deep Cleaning) •to centralise implementation and enforcement (what I’d call the federal turn) Combined with the anti-gold-plating drive and the formalised derogation powers, the Communication effectively creates an institutionalised channel through which external (including the US administration) deregulatory pressure can be translated into EU legislative action, with reduced procedural safeguards and limited independent oversight. Apocalyptic scenes in the city of Tuapse in southern Russia after the local oil refinery got hit by Ukrainian strikes for the third time in one month last night. Massive cloud of smoke can be seen covering the sun over Tuapse as the refinery continues to burn.

In any normal country, purchasing stolen goods is an act that entails legal liability. This applies, in particular, to grain stolen by Russia. Another vessel carrying such grain has arrived at a port in Israel and is preparing to unload. This is not – and cannot be – legitimate business. The Israeli authorities cannot be unaware of which ships are arriving at the country’s ports and what cargo they are carrying. Russia is systematically seizing grain on temporarily occupied Ukrainian land and organizing its export through individuals linked to the occupiers. Such schemes violate the laws of the State of Israel itself. Ukraine has taken all necessary steps through diplomatic channels to prevent such incidents. However, we see that yet another such vessel has not been stopped. I have instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to inform all partners of our state about the situation. Based on information from our intelligence services, Ukraine is preparing a relevant sanctions package that will cover both those directly transporting this grain and the individuals and legal entities attempting to profit from this criminal scheme. We will also coordinate with European partners to ensure that the relevant individuals are included in European sanctions regimes. Ukraine counts on partnership and mutual respect with every state. We are genuinely working to enhance security, particularly in the Middle East region. We expect that the Israeli authorities will respect Ukraine and refrain from actions that undermine our bilateral relations.

In particolare esercito si sente tradito da Giunta e da Afrika Korps ed accusa di essere stato abbandonato, mentre forze speciali resterebbe a fianco di Goïta assieme ad Afrika Korps Altri voci che parlano di Goïta catturato non sono ovviamente credibili Tass annuncia ufficialmente che ci sono state perdite tra le file dell'Afrika Korps, cosa che pareva già ovvia ieri.

Avec la création du marché unique financier pour l’UE qui est dans les tuyaux, cela va changer la donne.

Mais aujourd’hui, il n’y a rien de très intéressant ou rentable. Par contre nous avons à priori de l’hydrogène blanc et du lithium. 🙌

Mais les enquêtes d’opinion montrent que les jeunes sont de plus en plus actifs. C’est une tendance de fonds qui ne s’inversera pas.
