Iono's Wattrel #232 Battle Partners Box Purchase Campaign PSA Pop 64,473 PSA10 $42 (86% Gem Rate) This Iono Japanese promo came out in early 2025 with the release of the Battle Partners set that focused on Trainer's Pokémon, and every Booster box purchase from Pokémon Center Japan included this promo in the shipping box. Amazing how high the Gem Rate is on this, given how some of these promos were thrown in.
