Janiyah Mishelle Williams and her coworker who had refused to serve customers at Smoothie King because the husband wore a Trump hoodie - which is both illegal and against company policy - now have a friend who set up a @GoFundMe after their original one was taken down. In the original @GoFundMe, Janiyah boasted about refusing to serve Trump supporters, and claims that she was filmed without permission. In the current @gofundme, try to claim that they were mostly uncomfortable serving the couple since the husband is an EX-felon, except they had no way of knowing that until later, and very explicitly doubled down on refusing to serve them for their political views. They also claim that the wife went live on social media (she simply posted the interaction) while ignoring the fact that Janiyah herself was literally videoing the whole time. I expect @gofundme to take proper action and not allow them to raise money off of discriminating against others.
