@HMRCcustomers Okay, thank you. I’m due a lump sum in my June pay as I work for the NHS so receiving the pay deal back pay. Will this emergency tax code not affect that too much then? I know of others that have been emergency taxed and it’s taken around £700 of their wage

@HMRCcustomers It says due to an in year adjustment to my tax code they have changed it to ensure the right tax is paid this year, but I’m not sure it should be an emergency tax code? I have worked for the same company for 5 years, should it not just be 1228L?

@HMRCcustomers Thank you for responding. I’m not sure, I think I’ve been put on the wrong tax code. I’ve been put on emergency tax but I’m not new to my job.

@inthestyleUK returns process is ridiculous. I pay next day delivery, my parcel arrived after when I needed it for & so I need to return it. But then … £2.50 deduction from refund for returning! How about you get your parcels out on time 💁🏼‍♀️ oh also, very unhelpful support team!
