I want to start an AI community for executives. This will be a space for people to share killer use cases, agentic workflows/agents, post-AI org structure, AI governance, AI training/enablement, change management, and more. Comment “AI-native” if you want to join.

A $50B investment firm was about to hire a Research Director. Cost: $500K–$1M/year. They didn't. Their problem: every research request took 5 days. Market analysis. Due diligence. Deal flow. All bottlenecked by one analyst. Markets don't wait 5 days. Instead of hiring, they built an AI employee. Powered by Claude Opus 4.6. Connected to Bloomberg and their full deal pipeline. 2 weeks to deploy. Now the workflow is one message: "Research XYZ. Cross-reference our portfolio. Flag acquisition potential." Full brief back in 2 hours. The results: → $500K–$1M saved (the hire they skipped) → 5 days → 2 hours per research cycle → 20 reports/week → 200+ reports/week → 10+ queries handled daily, around the clock Their partner said it best: "We were about to spend $1M on a hire. Instead we got an AI employee. Research went from five days to two hours." This is what AI employees look like in practice. Not a chatbot. A system that runs your ops.

Bad news: Claude Mythos is out and you can't use it sucker. It's too dangerous in your hands. Good news: I just downloaded GLM 5.1 onto my Mac Studio, and it's by far the best open source model I've ever used Crushing every task I give it compared to Qwen and Gemma. Faster too I have it scraping the web and putting together content and playbooks for me every minute of the day Working nonstop. Costs me literally $0. Also is very strong at coding too Is it Opus 4.6? No, but it's getting closer. And nobody can lobotomize it or lower my limits or take it away from me A 24/7/365 employee that never eats, sleeps, or complains. Just works. For free. The greatest technology in the history of this species should be democratized, not gatekept. And that's what the open source community is doing right now The people who bought hardware are prepared for the future. The people attacking the people with hardware are on the wrong side of history. Superintelligence on your desk is within reach.

Claude max no longer works with OpenClaw - what to do about it Bad News: Anthropic just sent out a mass email stating that it will no longer allow Oauth usage of the claude max plan. It is already in effect. Here's what to do about it. Go to claude.ai/settings/usage and claim your $200 free credit Type "/model" on openclaw, click anthropic -> Sonnet. This will give you a lot more time spent on this extra usage compared to leaving it on Opus, until you find the time to do what I recommend below. If you dont do this, it will automatically turn on your extra usage switch, and begin charging you a pretty penny... I am still on that $200 Claude credit. I will be switching to ChatGPT 5.4 through codex Oauth, on the $200 ChatGPT pro plan, and this is my recommendation for all of you. I have already helped a few clients of mine switch over, and in doing that, I had their agents make me a skill file that does 90% of it for you. Can't attach it here on twitter, but if you want it, DM me and I'll gladly pass it to you. The only thing you have to do manual is this one terminal command: openclaw models auth login --provider openai-codex --set-default This will open a login screen for chatgpt codex - login with your codex account, and then copy the localhost URL it redirect's to, and then paste this back into the terminal and hit enter. After that, give your Openclaw my skill file, and do whatever it's telling you to do to remove any reference to claude's models in your config. Don't worry, I've tested this on multiple clients already, and it works. It references the official openclaw documentation, and verifies everything with tests, its rock solid. Thats it. I saw that @steipete tweeted some command that is supposed to be some sort of workaround, but he gave zero details, literally only the command. I asked my OC what it actually does and it said that it would render himself useless, no tool usage, no accesses, basically a just a personalized chatbot that cant do anything... I don't think Steinberger's command will be a solution, and for sure not a long term solution, Anthropic will of course find a way to bar any of us from using Claude max on Openclaw. Another thing - Steinberger also works for OpenAI now. OpenAI tweeted out when they acquired him that they will always support OpenClaw being the community lead opensource project that it is. It would be horribly detrimental to OpenAI's reputation to also ban Oauth through codex for use with OpenClaw, which is why most of my circle believes that they will never ban it. GPT 5.4 is also awesome, apparently better than Opus at coding, the only thing I don't like is its a bit less personable. DM me for the Claude->OpenAI-migration skill file!

Claude just officially killed OpenClaw and Hermes via subs. Here’s how to still use your Claude Max plan for your agent... KyberBot runs on the Claude Code harness (Well within the Claude ToS). Native SOTA memory, self-evolving, and gets smarter over time.

Most people just throw an API key at openclaw and say "connect to this tool" But it has to figure out and make commands to reach every end point. You want the commands and code its writing that its going to be using from then on out to be fully optimized so it saves tokens and rarely messes up. So instead of just saying "connect to the tool" say something like this: "I just got access to [SERVICE NAME]. Here's the API key / credentials: [PASTE CREDENTIALS] 1. Save credentials securely (e.g. ~/.config/[service]/.env or similar) 2. Before building anything: - Read the full API docs: [DOCS URL] - Take structured notes on: authentication method, rate limits, core endpoints, data models, pagination, error handling, and any gotchas - Save these notes as a reference file (not in the final skill - just for your own use while building) 3. Explore the API hands-on: - Hit the key endpoints and inspect real responses - Map out what data is available and how it's structured - Note any differences between what the docs say and what the API actually returns 4. Build a skill/tooling for using this API: - If there are multiple ways to do the same thing, test both and keep the better one - Optimize for speed and token efficiency (batch where possible, cache what makes sense) - Include working code examples for every common operation - Document rate limits and auth in the skill so future agents don't re-learn it 5. Don't change any data yet - read-only until I say otherwise."

@robj3d3 FFMPEG is pretty fire! My openclaw used it to make 45 shorts out of my long form youtube videos and they’re actually GOOD. Took me a little while to dial in the skills for it but its perfect for my specific use case now.

Drop what you are doing It happened. ChatGPT 5.4 is out. It blows Opus 4.6 out of the water on basically every benchmark This is what you need to do immediately if you want to escape the permanent underclass: • Upgrade your OpenClaw to ChatGPT 5.4 NOW (it's BUILT for OpenClaw) • Hand the ChatGPT 5.4 blog post over to your OpenClaw. Ask "How can we improve our workflows based on these upgrades?" • Download the Codex desktop app and type in /fast. This will give you the most powerful coding model in the world at the fastest speeds • Take advantage of the 1 million token context window by pasting in full documents as context • Everything you do on your computer for the next 24 hours, describe it to ChatGPT 5.4 and ask how it can do the task better When new tech drops, you have to take advantage of it. That's the only way to win Put your phone on Do Not Disturb and get to it
OpenAI@OpenAI

GPT-5.4 Thinking and GPT-5.4 Pro are rolling out now in ChatGPT. GPT-5.4 is also now available in the API and Codex. GPT-5.4 brings our advances in reasoning, coding, and agentic workflows into one frontier model.

Local apps with no security concerns. Far more secure than a vps out the box Can actually watch your openclaw work on front end browser and help it login to captchas One time cost vs monthly vps pay All files stored locally Whatsapp sqlite/omi mic sync to @kybernesis ai for infinite context Ironclaw crm locally hosted These are just a few reasons I opted for the mini. Was on a hetzner vps before.

Running on the Claude Code harness enhanced by the @kybernesis Stateless Agent Neural Graph. @claudeai is already an exceptional AI agent. It just lacks persistent memory, self-evolving identity, and the ability to build it's own tools. kybernesis.ai/kyberbot
