A4: Flipped learning pushed me to try tools ahead of time and made me excited about trying them in my classroom. It gave me time to become familiar with the tools before having to implement them. #certifysps

A3: The advice I would give: Take it one step at a time! Go slow and don't overwhelm yourself by trying everything at once. Pick something and become an expert in that tool! #certifysps

A4: We revisit goals each quarter but more if necessary. Checking in with each student to make sure we are doing everything we can to meet those goals that we set. #certifysps

A3: Each quarter we talk about how they have grown and then we set a goals together on what they want to do learn and how they want to grow by the next quarter. #certifysps
