@JessChilds @dusk_uk I got it in the end. With one wrong piece… then had to wait 2 months for them to collect the wrong piece and give me the right one. With a LOT of stress and unhelpful replies from them in between. Won’t be using them again.

@dusk_uk I bought a sofa in AUGUST. ZERO communication until I finally found a phone number in NOVEMBER and it was delivered in DECEMBER with a piece missing!! It’s now JANUARY and you have promised many times to send me the rest of my sofa and still no sign! This is fraudulent.

@KrissyG1 My mum died in hospital in Nov 2020 without me by her side and today has been more triggering than I thought it would be. It's hard to go back there, even more so to see the disregard for human life displayed so plainly. Thanks for sharing.
