THE ‘BIG SIX’ IN EACH LEAGUE 👀🤝🏽 A pretty relevant conversation right now… we’ve decided to revisit the ‘Big Six’ in all leagues debate for the 2025/26 season 😅 What would you change…?! 👀

Cyle Larin has scored more goals in a good division than Che Adams in 3/4 attempts, his underlying numbers have been really strong even for Feyenoord, he plays for the Canadian national team ahead of a home world cup and crucially fits the profile we need. Don't mind it #SaintsFC

@Sam__SFC @AlexComber_ Everyone was harping on about him at the start of the season and then he was flying, he’s still the leagues top scorer right? We lack goals, we’d be silly to lose him.

@AlexComber_ No but I don't see us getting promoted or relegated whatever happens with Armstrong (who hasn't scored in 10). Next few months will be shit anyway, he probably leaves in the Summer anyway, so if we can get significantly more now we should take it

Can't see #SaintsFC letting Adam Armstrong go this month. For all Sport Republic's ludicrosity, selling the league's top scorer would nonsensical, even for an ownership who can't do much more to sink the ship. No matter the price, has to be staying put.

I had this theory many years ago where football could do similar to rugby with a bonus point system. Encouraging more attacking football but also points to be earned. 1 point for 3 or 4 guys. Imagine drawing 4-4 and getting two points or losing 5-4 and still getting a point? 4 goals might be too much but 3 could work? Would need more fine tuning but just a concept I had years ago when working in football

DO YOU THINK FIFA SHOULD CONSIDER PIQUE'S SUGGESTION? Gerard Piqué has publicly suggested a rule change to discourage goalless (0–0) draws in football. His idea to FIFA: If a match ends 0–0, both teams should receive 0 points If the match is a scoring draw (1–1, 2–2, etc.), each team would still get 1 point. Wins would remain 3 pts. Piqué believes that 0–0 draws often encourage overly defensive play and reduce entertainment for fans. By giving no points for a goalless draw, teams would be more motivated to attack and try to score, especially late in matches. DO YOU AGREE?

@AlfieHouseEcho I’m never one to criticise players but surely he can just move his feet and move quickly. It’s as if he wants the photographic save everytime

Every raid today I left the lobby with 3 blueprints. Something needs to change in Arc Raiders. I really miss when blueprints were a solid achievement when looting. Now it feels like they’re too common.

@frenchberty @JustSaints_ As someone with no medical/physio knowledge I’d have to agree, but, the club is full of highly qualified ones. They must have given the manager the go ahead?

@SnellerMr @JustSaints_ Understood and understand, but I’m using the last situation as an example, you don’t play someone who’s not played in along time 2/3 full games back to back

@SnellerMr @JustSaints_ Completely disagree, many many many athletes come back from these all the time along with ACL’s. Just not playing someone who’s not had the minutes in double game weeks for a while is a good start

@JustSaints_ We need to all accept that he may never come back properly. As someone who had his original injury (ruptured Achilles), I know first hand how the rest of your body can really struggle to deal with even normal levels of exercise afterwards.
