In the @jellycatlondon universe, they’ve decided it’s perfectly acceptable to anthropomorphize the egg and simultaneously treat him as a hat. Is he a sentient being with hopes and dreams, or just a jaunty accessory? Because I can’t cope with the existential implications of both.

The pensioners that are retired now are the richest generation that has ever existed. People seem to forget that. And the people who are working and paying their state pensions have not had pay rises (like pensioners have) for years and years and years.

Labour is right to cut winter bonuses from some pensioners. Its mistake is not making the argument for why. The fact we hand out £300 to millions of financially comfortable adults based only on age, while others pay sky high taxes, is economically unsustainable and unjustifiable.

@ruhpost @ianmiles I believe they test behavior control weapons at airports. Think about it. Its a total police state the minute you enter. You are compliant (usually) and there are lots of opportunities for concealed devices to act upon a crowd that is not moving around.
