Um @FlyLouisville you might want to check with @Allegiant and flight GA 2167 cause there is NO ONE at the gate and zero info about it and the natives are getting…restless. Didn’t think Allegiant could top my poor Father’s Day but looks like my wife’s bday might beat it.

Plus no one was even at the terminal! Bad situation handled even worse. Still don’t know why it was canceled.

@JesseRas @Allegiant Sorry they ruined her birthday though. I fly all the time on @SouthwestAir and @Delta . The tickets may be more, but you get there, and are kept up to date, in a timely manner.

They ended up driving somewhere else. @Allegiant canceled their flight there but won’t refund the return flight because “it’s not their fault” but their next flight isn’t till Monday when they were coming back anyway. Also no refund on their condo. So happy bday!
