After two listens I think I can finally say what I feared might be the case...I just cannot get into this album. Maybe it'll be a grower like Plastic Beach, but too many of the songs just feel like somber, forgettable fluff. Decent, but not something I'm dying to listen to again.

@DorrieDD @Armando26937813 @tannokasa9 A) I'm aware, I've played SMB on its original hardware and B) that's why I said "has me questioning" rather than saying I was certain it was cheated. In my experience with the game, hitting an unbreakable block makes Mario fall immediately which was why I was skeptical.
