Arteta wasn’t happy with Ben White’s pass to Saka which wasn’t on which barely made it back to White and eventually Eze. White was out of position. It was helter skelter with the RB out of position. Of course Arteta is going to continue with his arms up after putting them up when he saw the forced pass to Saka.

Where MLS needs to improve is his reliance on the ref close to the Arsenal box to award him the foul. It’s an unnecessary risk. I have no issue with MLS riding contact deep in Arsenal territory while staying on his feet to create a counter attack. He’s shown to be one of the most talented carriers of the football in the world.

These clips actually highlight a fundamental flaw Iniesta needs to address if he wants to play MF. He takes big risks in dangerous central areas. Those fouls he wins, against better teams they become high value turnovers.

Played at Washington State for two seasons and Miami one season. His last season at WSU was better than Burrow’s first year at LSU. He played, agreed — but that doesn’t mean he should be a starter in the remaining games. yesterday the actual difference maker was MLS and ofcourse Gyokeres(not by scoring tap-ins but his overall performance) When any player performs well in one game — whether a star or not — it doesn’t mean he should automatically start the next game. Players like Saka, Odegaard, Zubimendi, and Havertz shouldn’t be guaranteed starters based on one performance. Arteta has to learn something from Pep — even after saying “Foden is back,” he still doesn’t start him regularly, especially in big games. Arsenal should use the summer window to sign talented right and left wingers and give more opportunities to players like Max Dowman instead of depending on the same names. That’s it — Atleast “from now” onwards celebrate trophies, not individual players milestones.

Arteta says the substitution of Saka at half-time was part of the plan to protect the winger. He didn't pick up an injury in the first half.

He’d be giving us more at 9 than Jesus has the past two matches. Every other player competing for the title and CL while Gabby J appears more focused on avoiding injury to ensure he has one more lucrative move in his career.
