@thetrainline hi I bought a return from Haslemere to London yesterday and due to a cancelled service I was unable to get in so had to drive! I’ve just tried to refund ticket and you want to take £10 service fee?! I didn’t just miss the train it was cancelled! Please help!!

@AvantiWestCoast After finally working out the ticket had to be used for specific travel time (unlike other services) I had to purchase another ticket 4x the price and when the same member of staff checked it she again didn’t acknowledge if it was correct or not. I had to ask multiple times!
