@CrateandKids extremely disappointed in a breakdown in your process that severely inconveniences me. Email conf. states I’ll be notified when my items are ready, but apparently I needed to schedule a pick up and wasn’t notified of that until I called. Now I have to wait a week.

Moms to be, if you are looking for a good #babyregistry experience, @Target isn’t the best. If the welcome kit of samples and coupons interests you, they don’t have any available, which I only found out after visiting 4 stores in 2 different stores and then calling support.

@VictoriasSecret doesn’t honor their return policy. Shoppers beware if you aren’t 100% about an item, don’t order it or you’ll be stuck with a credit regardless of if you return during the timeframe stated on their website (30 days). #holidayseason #CustomerServiceFail

@sealy return process is horrible. It’s bad enough that I’m not satisfied with the mattress, but now I’m fighting to get it returned & get a refund per their 90 night trial. I’ve waited over a month to get the mattress picked up & my refund is being held hostage. #customerservice
