Saturday is Parkrun Day. The first I've done for a while. And a new (to me) local venue too. I'd say it's exciting but honestly, I'm overly-fatigued right now because Hills Exist and I've not got used to them yet!

I quit to the main menu (in the hope to fix the dev cube thing), but the building on the title screen didn't load, so both Peter & Miles FALL TO THEIR DEATHS AND IT RESTARTS OVER AND OVER AND OVER This is actually mental; how have I never heard of this game being *this* buggy!

Finally got around to finishing #SpiderMan2 and had a great time with all the new abilities. The story wasn’t bad, if very predictable, but man, it’s probably the buggiest Sony first party game I’ve played in a long time and I’m playing it over a month after its release.

One more clip for the Las Vegas Sphere “Postcard from Earth” show posted a few hours ago by @DarrenAronofsky … looks incredible.

The 2nd Las Vegas Sphere show starts today. It’s from Darren Aronofsky and is called “Postcard from Earth”: part natural history and part sci-fi. Early clips look insane and the audio-visual specs never get old: ▫️160k speakers ▫️268,435,456 pixels ▫️366ft tall x 512ft wide (9 feet high) ▫️Largest LED screen ever (160k sq ft) Aronosfky will actually push the screen resolution to the max of 18k whereas U2’s show is 12k. The project was filmed on every continent and there is half-petabyte (500,000 giga-byte) of data. Aronofsky — who directed “The Fountain”, “Requiem for a Dream”, “Black Swan” and “The Whale” — says of the show: ➡️”At its best, cinema is an immersive medium that transports the audience out of their regular life…The Sphere is an attempt to dial up that immersion.”⬅️ All I know is this: “Requiem for a Dream”would be trippy AF on that screen.

According to a newspaper that shall not be named, 25% of Brits have never been to a European Capital. I'm sure there's a statistical function we can use to plot the expected proportion who've been to 10. Travel Twitter, however, is full of the outliers ... :D
