@UniversalORL#askuniversal … on a lot of the park, I even checked the night before on the app, and it stated park closed at 9pm. Whole universal experience was a total waste of money!
@UniversalORL#askuniversal … or a refund, I replied to the email with my disappointment. I’ve had no response at all. Not even got any form of refund processing. On top of that the park closed early which it seems we weren’t the only ones to not know this. So we missed out….
@UniversalORL#askuniversal absolutely gutted and terrible service from universal on Fri 5th. My marvel dining experience cancelled 2 hours before, trying to explain that to my 3 year old was awful. Was offered to come back the next day, my ticket does not allow another entry…
@ask_burton I made a return on 10th Jan, then needed to return something else. So I didn’t have 2 returns and pay 2 delivery charges I contacted you to reset this for me. You only did one, then finally did the 2nd, only now you refuse return as past return date?!
@SainsburysProbz when Talbot heath store has no heating at alll and you’re expected to go to work in your ski clothes and then drive home after 9pm with severe weather warnings! Meanwhile the ‘social team’ get to go home early! 😡
