The best lesson I’ve learned about dating is this: When a red flag shows up, notice it immediately. Don’t excuse it, don’t rationalize it, and don’t convince yourself you can change it. I’ve had to learn to look myself in the eye and say, “This is unacceptable,” and then actually walk away. Protecting my peace is more important than trying to fix someone who doesn’t want to be better.

Jesus fed the hungry without asking if they deserved it. Healed the sick without charging them. Defended a woman from a mob. Told a rich man to sell everything and give it to the poor. Said it's harder for a wealthy man to enter heaven than a camel through a needle's eye. He also said 'love your enemy' and 'judge not.' Yesss, he challenged everyone. That's the part most people skip.
