@jet2tweets we just arrived at Malaga from Bristol and booked SA. There were no wheelchairs. We repeatedly asked the SA staff for a wheelchair and were told to just keep walking. We asked for a wheelchair a number of times, but were refused.

@jet2tweets your cabin crew were amazing on my recent flight 14/05 MAN-DLM. My mother fainted, the professionalism and help from the crew was outstanding. They did their job but went above and beyond in their interaction with us. Many thanks to them. They are a credit to jet2.

@jet2tweets 12-15 flight to Glasgow from Tenerife south , dropped of at 10 even tho you recomend 3 hours for international flight , werent prompted or directed to go to passport control by any Jet 2 staff , had to phone helpdesk from passport Q , very stressful again
