@FlyingBrussels Been a loyal customer since before you went bust. So over 20 years. You took my money weeks ago. I have tried multiple channels to contact you to have my money back and still nothing. Why do you treat loyal customers so poorly

@MUC_Airport poor show today. Never seen snow before ? Stairs not delivered to aircraft. Buses that run every 20 minutes that just don’t. Disappointed in your ground handling
