@JetBlue my seat 20D on flight 548 was broken and catapulted me to the seat infront of me on landing, don’t get it, diff airline & another seat being broken, @FAANew look into this. The entire flight I was leaned back, was scolded twice to move seat up and not offered a new one

@JetBlue HUGE shout out to your crew in St. Marten! We are nervous about making our connection in Ft. Lauderdale. We asked if we could be near the front of the plane so we could get off quickly to get through customs. Seats 1A and 1B were assigned! THANK YOU!

Crew-related cancellations are not an ongoing issue with every flight, but when they do occur, they're often the result of regulations that ensure crews have the required rest and duty time to operate safely. While we know that doesn't lessen the frustration, safety always comes first.
