Hey @JetBlue, what constitutes an available seat? I was assigned a mint seat and the gate agent manually switched me to economy after rudely telling me I booked a "fake mint ticket" from Etihad and to ask them to refund. Seat was empty the whole flight so looked pretty available.

So @JetBlue was texting me all day changing the departure time of my 90 min flight. At last min they delayed it 3 hrs. Why are you selling tickets for planes you don’t have & schedules you can’t manage? Genuinely asking. Should’ve taken @Amtrak (& I don’t say that lightly).
