@DestinyBulletn Everyone is missing the point. If we don’t support marathon. Bungie will not have the funding to make D3. Think of it as an investment. We need to play the long game with this and that means supporting Bungie however we can to increase the chance of making D3.

Don’t trust your eyes This is a parallax illusion The plane flying while the camera adjusts to target the object makes the object appear to be moving quickly In reality this object could even be stationary The following YT post shows how this works

@WingzeroF1 @Truthpole 50-60 MPH, which is fast for a balloon at that altitude. Yes I’ve heard. Unless the the video is sped up, which I don’t think it is. Parallax would indicate the water in the background isn’t moving fast, which it is. This isn’t parallax

One thing to note about the D2 news. It isn't Marathon's fault. We all knew Bungie was and will continue to work on other games. If you loved D2 at any point, I highly recommend giving Marathon a try in S2.

@Skarrow9 Maybe they want to take a break from destiny like they did halo before it? For a little bit at least? Who knows. I'd give it at least a week or two to see what other news comes out first ya know? It sucks for all you destiny folks though for sure.

I just can't come to terms with this man We might never do a day 1 raid again. Might never feel that feeling of working together to solve an ARG or secret in this amazing world. Might never feel that sense of community again. I dont fucking get it. I just dont fucking get it
