@ScotRail my partner and our two children are in Ayr train station and have been there since 6:30. Each train has been cancelled and staff aren’t answering any questions can you please tell me why there has been such a massive inconvenience?

@GregDunn50 All I’m going to say is when is the last time you saw a headline about a member of the LGBTQ community do something like this to a straight person....Regardless of if its a minority of us we must ALL take responsibility for it so yes we are all tarred with the same brush.

This is what “Straight pride” really is. ALL Men need to stop falling back on the “not all men” bullshit & start holding ourselves and our gender accountable for horrific acts like this. Stop relying on the fact that you wouldn’t do this and start condemning those that do!

@GregDunn50 Right but the problem is straight people have had to overcome nothing, we face literally nothing in day-to-day life due to our sexuality so what is there to celebrate or take pride in? Keep in mind these crimes are often committed by straight men, is that what we celebrate?

@Jets_Smithy I don’t really go for a straight pride just as much as you but if I did then it would pretty much be the same as gay pride. Be proud of who you are and what you believe no? That’s my understanding of it anyway
