@Freedom250 Can you clarify what time you are closing the gates? One email says you’re not and then one says you are. So are gates closing at 6 pm or not? My latest email that came 4 mins after the previous email said they weren’t shutting the gates.

My standby flight has 30 seats on it. And they won’t let me use it. I spent $80k on that card last year. This year guess what I won’t be spending anything. I know we can’t use Delta lounges but this is not okay.

@AmexBusiness is a crappy company. You pay a fortune for a platinum card but then because you fly standby they won’t allow you to enter. Mind you I used it multiple times last year. I just saw a post on a CC group where people book flights to use it when they land and then cancel

@AskAmex please explain to me why I could have used the centurion lounge multiple times last year & even hit my spend goal so $75k to get a guest pass & I’m being denied access because I’m flying standby.

And to those who say it’s 5 mins. Well today it is, tomorrow it’s 6 minutes you want, and before we know it you’re an hour early strolling in with us.

Hey @UPS I’ve had a package sitting in a warehouse in my city since the 4th. It says delayed due to weather. I understand we had snow and ice but it’s been there for 5 days now. This is really unacceptable that you can’t give me a a date of when it is coming.

@AmericanAir we bought basic economy tickets and it’s a code share with @Iberia if we check a bag in our first destination is it good all the way through to Spain. I know we have to pay. Just realizing we want to get some fun items

Also the young lady who worked the desk in the mornings helped me figure out the U-bahn to get to the Trials museum. Seriously one of the best Hiltons we’ve stayed at other than the DoubleTree in London.

Tales from Non Rev land! Today our flight was massively oversold. Then things opened up and they started moving passengers around. Europe is a mess friends. Anyway, it was back to oversold. The GA said maybe 1 of us would get on. In a turn of events t-10 til 9 of us got on!
