This weekend, thousands of worshipers will gather on the National Mall to rededicate our great country as One Nation under God, 250 years after the Continental Congress established the first National Day of Prayer. Our founding fathers enshrined freedom of religion as a cornerstone of our democracy. America will always defend this inalienable right across the globe.
