In my experience in recovering from addictive behaviours, a social media/phone/screen addiction is the hardest one to break. Trust me. I'm always going "THIS time I'll control it" and I always fail. There has got to be a temperance movement for phones. The fact is, every facet of social media and phones has been engineered by experts to create as much of a dopamine feedback loop as possible, because your time equals their money. The more time you spend on your phone, instead of experiencing life around you, the more money they make.
