@katemckenna8 @FoodProfessor Experts didn’t “say” this, the dairy industry announced this. Beef is up 50% at retail (source: food prof) and down at farm gate for producers. Where is that story? Why isn’t the food prof advocating for beef producers instead of attacking dairy? Ideology. Our costs are up 40%.
