@dubsnoah@MeleeCreepsDL Came here to say the same thing. Guy followed me around in a game typing to enemies where I was for 20 minutes for no logical reason.
An update to our roster:
The team has decided that we will be making a roster change. DMB will no longer be playing with us.
DMB has been with us since the rebuild and made many memories.
We wish you the best DMB and hope to see you on the big stage in the future.
@foulcs Ironically we had two actual #eloterrorist s on our team. They just had a better games than poor Hugh. He may of went 8-24 but had 63 adr which was 13 higher than the other teams lowest and one adr off a guy who was 17-21. #freehugh
Six. Six is the number of kills he got. Sixteen is the number of times he died connector. In an overtime match... surely you get more then six kills? This is a real honor to proudly announce he is inducted into the #eloterrorist Hall of Fame. A true legend to the game and sport.
Trans women belong in ESL Impact.
The point of ESL Impact is to provide a place for competition to women where they won't be constantly challenged and criticized purely on the basis of their gender. The barriers to competition are not biological. They're societal and situational. The barrier is the fact that any young girl trying to play CS is going to encounter such a barrage of hate and misery simply for the sound of their voice that the vast majority will turn away from the game instead of enduring. The barrier is that in order to get a shot in a competitive team in ECL, Advanced, Main, really any level of serious competition a woman will need to go above and beyond what would be asked of their peers to overcome bias.
These biases and barriers exist for trans women just the same as they do for cis women. Our scene is stronger and more vibrant the more representation and opportunity we have. Let's keep building on that.
