To my neighbor that thought it was okay to mow the lawn SHIRTLESS in a residential neighborhood, I have already contacted the police. This is NOT a beach. This is NOT a gym. This is a neighborhood with families and kids walking around. I don’t care if it’s “hot”. PUT. A. SHIRT. ON. We have basic standards for a reason. Broad daylight. Right out in the open.
