And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly, love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. (Micah 6:8)

While I don't disagree in theory, in practical, it hasn't happened yet. Messiah Jesus will be king over all the earth when he indeed sits on David's earthly throne in the coming Messianic Kingdom. Until that time, he sits at the right hand of the Father, waiting til his enemies become his footstool. Meanwhile, most of those who now cry 'Christ is King' like to accompany it with pics of crusaders, harkening back to the time when the 'Church' was Christ's kingdom and she was the one to crush all her enemies. This interpretation of OT passages is neither biblical nor a fulfillment of Luke 1.

@Parodyjeffx Denying the phrase "Christ is King" is a denial of the Gospel "He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give him the throne of David his father, and he will rule over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end'

HOLY FUCK 🤡 Ted Cruz just refused again to say Christ is King. He insists it’s an antisemitic term.

Like listening to some long-lost Twilight Zone episode 😵‍💫 I can't fathom how anybody with just the most basic of reasoning skills could believe what Fuentes is saying; makes me want to post endless killing-myself-laughing emoji's because what he says is so absurd. The Age of Gaslighting is truly at hand 😒

I love how Carlson says that the OT is in the 'Christian' Bible. Using the term 'Christian' to describe the Bible, especially the OT, is completely anachronistic. Jesus did not come to start a new religion called 'Christianity', and there were no 'Christians' in the Bible, only believing Jews and believing Gentiles grafted into an already existing body of faithful, believing Jews. The belief that Jesus established the Church, as understood today, uncoupled from its Jewish roots, is what fuels Carlson's supersessionism, and unfortunately, most people sitting in church pews today to varying degrees. Make no mistake, the Bible is a compilation of Jewish texts from start to finish; it is Jewish, not Christian.

TUCKER LIES ABOUT WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS. 👇 Tucker claims that Franklin Graham was “not teaching Christianity” because he talked about the Book of Esther, which Tucker claims is about the “genocide of 75,000 Persians.” He encourages you to read Esther, but he is hoping you won’t, because if you do, you’ll find that it’s the story of a failed attempt to genocide the Jews, and the only Persians who did were armed men who were actively trying to genocide Jews. Esther asked the king to revoke Haman’s genocide decree, but the king would not. He said, however, that Jews would be allow to defend themselves.👇 Esther 8: “So Esther arose and stood before the king, 5 and said, “If it pleases the king, and if I have found favor in his sight and the thing seems right to the king and I am pleasing in his eyes, let it be written to revoke the letters devised by Haman, the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, which he wrote to annihilate the Jews who are in all the king’s provinces. 6 “For how can I endure to see the evil that will come to my people? Or how can I endure to see the destruction of my countrymen?” 7 ¶ Then King Ahasuerus said to Queen Esther and Mordecai the Jew, “Indeed, I have given Esther the house of Haman, and they have hanged him on the gallows because he tried to lay his hand on the Jews. 8 “You yourselves write a decree concerning the Jews, as you please, in the king’s name, and seal it with the king’s signet ring; for whatever is written in the king’s name and sealed with the king’s signet ring no one can revoke.” 9 ¶ So the king’s scribes were called at that time, in the third month, which is the month of Sivan, on the twenty-third day; and it was written, according to all that Mordecai commanded, to the Jews, the satraps, the governors, and the princes of the provinces from India to Ethiopia, one hundred and twenty-seven provinces in all, to every province in its own script, to every people in their own language, and to the Jews in their own script and language. 10 And he wrote in the name of King Ahasuerus, sealed it with the king’s signet ring, and sent letters by couriers on horseback, riding on royal horses bred from swift steeds. 11 ¶ By these letters the king permitted the Jews who were in every city to gather together and protect their lives—to destroy, kill, and annihilate all the forces of any people or province that would assault them, both little children and women, and to plunder their possessions.”

Again I say, wake up. You speak one way but act another. James has much to say about that. At the very least, you speak foolishly and crassly...unbefitting of one who claims 'Christ is King'. Do you think He speaks that way? Do you not fear Him? Do not mock the God you claim to follow.

Please wake up from your supersessionistic stupor that has you believing that Jesus 'fulfilled' everything to the point of doing away with it all. Not to mention that while you claim 'Christ is King' out of one side of your mouth, you vilify fellow believers out the other. I believe the Scriptures have something to say about that.

@jquestforTheWay @Joel7Richardson the most celebrated holiday in the world is the resurrection of their Messiah Jesus Christ. They celebrate Passover ignorant, when the answer is right in front of their face.

There is no trick here. It is a legal transaction that is not fooling anybody. Your hatred of the Jewish people is evident and given the replies of almost everybody on here, it's also evident that they follow in your footsteps, having fallen for your libel post against the LORD's covenant people. Whoever blesses them will be blessed and whoever curses them will be cursed. Have you no fear of God? He will not be mocked.

And this is what Christianity doesn't get. The purpose of the Torah, which is holy and good, was NEVER for the removal of sin in order to gain eternal life and yet Christianity insists it does. Then, it turns around and pits what Yeshua did on the cross against the Torah when, in reality and according to the Scriptures, both served a different purpose and are the 2 sides of the same coin.

@Joel7Richardson What is clearly evident by the majority of the comments is that eschatology, understood outside of a Jewish apocalyptic framework, goes off the rails pretty quick 🫣

The hope of the world is not more people becoming Christians and obeying Jesus. That would greatly improve things. But it would not fix everything. The only true and ultimate hope for this world is the actual return of Jesus and the establishment of His kingdom from Jerusalem to the ends of the Earth. That is what all of creation continues to wait for.

During the Messianic Era, Gentile believers in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob will bring offerings and sacrifices to the Temple: "Here is what ADONAI says: "Observe justice, do what is right, for my salvation is close to coming, my righteousness to being revealed." Happy is the person who does this, anyone who grasps it firmly, who keeps Shabbat and does not profane it, and keeps himself from doing any evil. A foreigner joining ADONAI should not say, "ADONAI will separate me from his people,"... for here is what ADONAI says: ..."the foreigners who join themselves to ADONAI to serve him, to love the name of ADONAI and to be his workers, all who keep Shabbat and do not profane it, and hold fast to my covenant, I will bring them to my holy mountain and make them joyful in my house of prayer; their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all peoples." (Isaiah 56:1-7) Oh, and they'll observe Shabbat too. Sorry, Replacement Theology 😞
