I just completed a Canadian government vaccine survey that should concern everyone.
It didn’t just ask if you’re vaccinated.
It asked:
Who do you trust
Why you hesitated
If it was easy to comply
If you’d take it in the future
This isn’t about health.
This is about mapping behaviour before the next rollout.

My baby is unbelievably healthy and far ahead of his milestones. I really think it was the added choline that increased his intelligence.

I take eggs very seriously during pregnancy. Not because of protein, though that matters, but because of choline.
Choline is as important as folate for fetal brain development, but almost nobody talks about it. Over 90% of pregnant women don't meet the adequate intake. Your baby's brain is forming at a rate of 250,000 neurons per minute during pregnancy. Choline is critical for that process.
Three eggs a day gets you what you need. If you're not eating 3 eggs a day, then supplementation is key. Very few prenatal vitamin even list it on the label. Check yours.

It is honestly scary that microplastics are now being found in human placentas, amniotic fluid, breast milk, and even testicular tissue.
A 2024 study found microplastics in every single one of the 62 placentas they tested. The plastics in your cosmetics, water bottles, food packaging, and polyester clothing are showing up in fetal organs before the baby is even born. The particles can cross the placental barrier and end up in the liver, kidneys, and brain of the fetus (based on animal studies). We don't fully understand what this means long term, and that is what makes it frightening.
We are the first generation whose babies are contaminated with plastic before they take their first breath.

I've been to the Holy Sepulchre myself and it's incredible - a must for every Christian to see/experience.
The Holy Land for Christians should not be in the hands of jewish zionists who can close this sacred sight at their choosing/discretion - especially during Lent. It should be controlled by Christians firstly but also a foreign body comprised of Christian nations - not jews (whose religion is diametrically opposite to Jesus' teachings) and who profit off Christian pilgrims.

Israel has closed the Church of the Holy Sepulchre indefinitely for the first time in the history of Christianity. Holy Week and Easter services will be prohibited. Sunday masses and liturgies cancelled. A church that should be packed with hundreds of thousands these coming weeks is being forcibly shut and silenced. Israel cites it is for ‘security concerns’ while Jewish Israelis are allowed to celebrate in mass gatherings. Alongside the forced closure of Al-Aqsa mosque, reports cite priests aggressively being turned away to perform daily services. Throughout history, wars, tensions, or even the pandemic limited access to the sanctuary, but they had never prevented liturgical celebrations in this central place of Christian faith indefinitely. Christians must not remain silent.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.
