@PhilMickelson sorry Phil but my respect for you after this tasteless side show has dwindled quite a bit. The sight of the two most successful players currently active smiling next to a stack of cash neither had to do much to earn was rather sickening to be honest 👎

@StagecoachNE So, it’s now been over two weeks since the initial complaint and I have heard nothing! So much for the five day turnaround. This happened to me at Christmas when I complained about the service then. I still haven’t had a ‘promised’ follow up response to that so I’m not surprised!

@StagecoachNE this is the driver of the 17.45 x77 to ponteland. He refused to open the door to me despite the fact he was still at the stand and the doors opened for me. All he could do was point st the doors which had then shut behind me!

Why you feel the need to timetable your drivers in this manner astounds me! Can they not make their way to the depot and change over there? Does a driver have to work an exact shift to the second even when it means swapping in the middle of a journey? twitter.com/jimburtonautho…

@StagecoachNE Just thought I’d check in to see why I haven’t been contacted yet regarding the above complaint?! I’ve actually got a few minutes to spare because I’m sat on the x78 while the driver waits for a replacement driver on the ponteland road. He’s late of course which is regular

I’ve since learned from the next driver that this is Nexus policy followed by Stagecoach to save time. Well I’m sorry but that’s stretching it to the extreme! In less time than it took him to remonstrate and point to the doors he could have let me on and I arrived bang on time!

@themichaelowen going back a bit but just saw a clip of you pulling the confidence of a 13 year old goalkeeper apart while Neville southall watched on in obvious disgust in what looks like a kids tv sport programme. I’m hoping you would feel a little ashamed watching it now?
