@roosterimr Maybe? The "roll over" part gets me. I see "roll over" as a complete turn 360 deg like a gator roll. IDK what we call it, Pauly. 😂

We need to quit calling this a "rollover".

@otokyo__ Only salt. Maybe VERY hot chillisauce, a few drops. I'd eat that every day.

@brazenaphid @ClassicSwingX I think it helps to tell kids/beginners that the swing is a pull not a push. Pull the clubhead out and down from above your head rather than 'hit at' the ball which is their instinct. Spring the shaft. Great stuff!!

@ClassicSwingX club shafts all have a "flex pattern", so it matters where you hold the club, too far off the top or too far choked down you start to get out of that pattern and affects the whip action...just fyi.

I teach all of my students to “Spring the Shaft.” It’s a concept I first heard from Jackie Burke, and it changed the way I look at the golf swing. When you begin to understand how the golf club actually works—how it stores and releases energy—everything starts to fall into place. You’re no longer forcing positions… you’re learning to deliver the club with speed, sequence, and purpose. That’s when the real gains show up. If you’d like to learn how to apply this in your own swing, I’ll be going deeper into these concepts in my upcoming free webinar. Link in first comment! 📅 March 30th at 8pm CT 📅 March 31st at 6pm CT I’ll show you exactly how to create effortless power by working with the club instead of against it. @gregchipleyesq @EliteGolfDad Deffo. Doesn't tell you much (anything) that you don't already know or can't feel from hitting the ball. Good for speed training - i suppose.

@ryanmouquegolf @kenny_totten Would actually love to get involved but sadly my wife is prioritising mortgage repayments over my sporting improvement. Most unreasonable.

My man Kenny just continuing to transform his golf swing! Here's a before & after from our first ever session to now. Some nice changes have been made and still some work to do, but who doesn't right!? Kenny is on my Premium Plan & we just talk & message a lot like we are buddies (which we are). We even played golf together in Florida He's one heck of a guy! Let's keep working mate! If you'd like some help with your game, send me a DM & let's have a chat 👊

@jarodhitchcock Isn't the fact that he trains naked probs the most stupid thing going on here?

@ryanmouquegolf @kenny_totten I might try have another go at the shorter, more punchy follow-through, if I understood better what the reason for it might be. I love Fleetwood's swing, but just don't seem to fit that mould. But. Probs not tried hard enough either.

🚨 WHEN SHOUlD I BUY A NEW DRIVER? General Rule Of Thumb ⬇️ The 1-3-5 rule for drivers: 👉🏽 1 year old: you’re fine. 👉🏽 3 years old: performance might be slipping 👉🏽 5+ years old: you’re most likely losing ball speed, consistency, and fairways. Why it matters: ❎ Ball speed → every 1 mph = ~2–3 yards. New faces keep that speed alive, even on mishits. ❎ Consistency → tighter spin + launch means more playable drives. ❎ Forgiveness → higher MOI heads keep you in the short grass. ❎ Distance → 10–20 yards lost with older drivers is common. That’s a full club into every approach. When don’t want you chasing the “latest release.” It’s about not giving strokes away because your driver tech is a decade behind.

@ChloeAllyn I use a laser range finder. I want and need to know the exact yardage not maybe yardage. I need to be sure that it’s 167, not 166 to carry a bunker or 142 rather than 143 to the pin.
