His scheme faltered when it mattered the most And thats ok, no one gives him credit for Allen anyways, so thats nothing new

@KevinMassare @BillyBilliams69 If you can just pin all the roster construction on the coach, why do they have a GM. I was going to give him credit for Allen but evidently that was McDermott since he gets the players he wants and the GM just says yes sir to the coach.

@JimConover10 @BillyBilliams69 The GM fills out the roster based on who the COACH wants. They didnt report to each other, See the old structure referenced as not working propertly
