In SaaS #ProductMgt, do not neglect your quietest customers. They are most likely who you should be building for vs your loudest customers. They are quiet because they are happier with your product. If you cater to loud customers you are building the wrong product.

Murder per capita in the 2010s is slightly lower than the 60s. The only stat that stands out to me as way worse is rape and I would venture a guess that it was underreported in the 60s.

@Seanjawn15 @cpujudy @meganmurp Nope your statement is erroneous crime stats definitely reveal that reported crimes were much lower pre-1990. The big spike was in the 1990s during the '90s Recession but rates were much lower prior to that in the 20th century than they are now.
