@AdamPlotkin EchoStar Corporation (NASDAQ: SATS) holds an approximately 2.5–2.8% equity stake in SpaceX (acquired via spectrum sales totaling ~$11.1 billion in SpaceX stock at the time of the 2025 deals, when SpaceX was valued much lower, around ~$400 billion).
At a $2 trillion public valuation for SpaceX, that stake would be worth roughly $50–56 billion (using the 2.5–2.8% range; e.g., 2.8% × $2T = $56B).
EchoStar has roughly 288–290 million shares outstanding (diluted basis implied by current market data). Dividing the SpaceX stake value alone gives ~$173–$194 per SATS share just from the SpaceX holding.
