Not attacking the source and going after the complainant shows that VDM has endorsed and has given implied approval to the publication of the said Video. The page that posted it is clearly an agent of VDM and under the agency principles, VDM is vicariously liable for the actions of his team members. He already admitted owning the RATELS and has even trademarked it, so the excuses that he didn’t post or make that video though true but still he is to account for who made the video. Whether anyone like it or not, the video is illegal and the maker and all those that conspired or aided in that are criminally responsible, including their principal, Na cry they go cry, nothing they go fit do.
