@Thora_Strong1 Agreed. Standing next to someone at the gym, grocery store, a concert, etc. odds are the body types are not at all similar. Which begs the question: do you like to workout on an empty stomach or a meal(carefully prepared) beforehand? The word consistency seems key here.
