ต่อให้เห็นไม่ตรงกันแต่โคตร appreciate คนที่เข้ามาเถียงด้วยแบบอย่างน้อยดีกว่ามีแต่ echo chamber เชื่อว่าในประเด็นส่วนใหญ่เห็นปลายทางเดียวกัน แต่วิธีการที่จะไปถึงอาจจะต่าง ซึ่งมันก็คุยแลกเปลี่ยนกันได้อะ ส่วนพวกเหน็บลอย ๆ อย่างเดียวแต่ไม่นำไปสู่อะไรก็ตามเวรตามกรรม เขาคงสะดวกแบบนั้น

น่าตระหนก ประชากรไทย ตายเพิ่ม-เกิดลด 10 ปีติด!! . ต่อจากข้อมูล ประชากรไทยลดลงต่อเนื่อง เหลือเพียง 65,809,011 คน ในปี 2568 เป็นที่น่าสนใจว่าแล้วในจำนวนที่ลดลงนั้น ประเทศไทยมีสัดส่วนประชากรเกิด (เพิ่มขึ้น) และตาย (ลดลง) อย่างไร . มติชนออนไลน์ สืบค้นข้อมูลย้อนหลัง 10 ปี พบ อัตราการเกิดดิ่งลงต่อเนื่องทุกปีจนถึงปัจจุบัน และจะเห็นได้ว่า "ลดฮวบ" ในช่วงปี 2567 ราว 55,694 คน หรือ -10.75% และต่อเนื่องมาในปี 2568 อัตราการเกิดลดลง 45,666 คน หรือ - 9.87% . ในขณะที่ อัตราการตาย มีมากกว่าการเกิด 5 ปีติดกัน เริ่มตั้งแต่ปี 2564 ที่เป็น "จุดตัด" พลิกยอดการตายสูงกว่ายอดการเกิด โดยมีอัตราตายเพิ่มขึ้นถึง 62,212 คน หรือ 12.40% . อย่างไรก็ตาม วิกฤตเด็กเกิดน้อย เปรียบดั่งระเบิดเวลาประชากร ที่เป็นความท้าทายและโจทย์ใหญ่ของภาครัฐว่าจะวางมาตรการในการรับมืออย่างไร โดยเฉพาะเมื่อมีอัตราการตายที่น้อยกว่าการเกิดคู่ขนานไปด้วยท่ามกลางสังคมไทยที่เคลื่อนเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัยสัมบูรณ์ . #มติชนออนไลน์ #มติชนinfo #การเกิด #การตาย #ประชากรไทย

Steve Huffman says it’s about fighting AI bots. he said they’ll never know your name. you don’t get both. either Reddit is anonymous or it collects biometrics. same company selling user data to OpenAI and Google now wants your face to fight the bots those companies trained. they’ll lose more users to this than they ever lost to bots.

Let me explain exactly why your phone seems to read your thoughts, because the real answer is more invasive than telepathy. Every time you open a website or app, a real-time bidding auction fires in under 100 milliseconds. Your GPS coordinates, browsing history, device fingerprint, age, gender, income bracket, and hundreds of inferred interest categories get packaged into a “bid request” and broadcast to hundreds of companies simultaneously. One company wins the ad slot. All of them keep the data. This happens thousands of times per day per person. A 2018 New York Times investigation found 75 companies pulling precise location data from apps, with some users tracked up to 14,000 times in 24 hours. In 2012, a Target statistician identified 25 products that, purchased in combination, could predict a customer was pregnant and estimate her due date. A teenager’s father discovered she was pregnant because Target sent baby coupons to the house before she told anyone. That was one retailer. Store receipts only. Fourteen years ago. Now scale that. Your phone pings GPS while you sleep. Data brokers link your phone, laptop, and tablet through probabilistic matching of IP addresses, WiFi networks, and behavioral patterns without you ever logging in. The FTC caught two brokers in 2024 categorizing people by visits to reproductive health clinics, political protests, and religious services, then selling those profiles to law enforcement. The algorithm doesn’t hear your thoughts. It compares your behavioral fingerprint against millions of similar profiles and predicts your next interest before you’re consciously aware of it. It makes hundreds of predictions per day. You ignore the misses. The five hits feel like telepathy. You paid for the phone. You pay for the data plan. You generate the signal. And every time a page loads, your identity gets auctioned to the highest bidder before the content even renders. They called it “personalized advertising” because “real-time mass surveillance funded by the people being surveilled” doesn’t fit on a consent banner.

Sure, your eyes aren’t tricking you. That clip looks better than the new trailer, and the reason has nothing to do with talent. The VFX supervisor on Amazing Spider-Man 2 in 2014? Jerome Chen. The VFX supervisor on Brand New Day? Also Jerome Chen. Same person. Completely different system around him. In 2014, Chen had 50 effects artists at Sony Imageworks, the largest VFX crew the studio had ever put on a single project. They handled about 1,000 of the film’s 1,600 VFX shots on a $255 million budget. The crew shot on real film (not digital), on location in actual New York City, scanned Times Square with 36,000 photographs of over 100 billboards, and built physical lighting rigs on set so the CGI would match the real world. Now look at how Marvel makes Spider-Man movies. No Way Home had 2,500 VFX shots spread across 12 studios and about 3,000 artists. The budget was $200 million, $55 million less than TASM2 despite having 56% more VFX shots. Digital Domain, one of the VFX vendors, was delivering final shots days before the December 17, 2021, release. They kept reworking shots into mid-January, after the movie was already in theaters. Zoom out, and the math gets worse. Marvel released 6 films between 2008 and 2012. From 2023 to 2025, they pushed out 7 films and 7 TV shows. The Hollywood union representing VFX workers reported that Marvel pays artists about 20% below industry average and staffs one person where other studios hire three. Artists described 64-hour weeks and breakdowns on the job. Then, in February 2025, Technicolor, the parent company of MPC (three-time Oscar winner for Life of Pi, The Jungle Book, and 1917), collapsed almost overnight. 4,500 jobs gone globally. The studio had been actively working on Disney and Paramount films when the lights went out. Brand New Day has four months before release, and trailers routinely show unfinished shots. But the gap between a 2014 Spider-Man and a 2026 Spider-Man has nothing to do with technology going backwards. The industry has been asked to do three times the work for less money per shot while its biggest studios are going under.
