Don't you love getting attacked for telling the truth? LOL. Happens to me a lot on this platform. I tried to call the IRS yesterday for a duplicate EIN letter and the system hung up on me due to "high call load". It's a joke. I also know that my CPA, who used to work for the IRS, can get to them when he wants and can resolve things far quicker than I can.

- Lifting 2-3x
- Hard intervals 1-2x
- 5 to 8 hours of easy cardio
That's what all the data shows. Even if you have lots of free time and job flexibility, easier said than done.

Middle aged people, for overall health, would be better subbing out the long run for a 2-4 hours of half walking half easy biking, while keeping the intervals and jogging. Hard to recover from interval days when volume and accumulated fatigue pile up.
