On the same token, people of highest IQ tend to increase their capacity for extremely high amounts of harm. I would rather have a low IQ immoral person than a high IQ immoral person. There's an evolutionary/natural selection reason why the average IQ is the average IQ. This relationship between IQ levels and capacity for evil is just ridiculous. The reason why the West is so stable and non violent is primarily due to culture and good guard rails against worst traits of humanity(Aka religion). Stable societies lead to better food supplies and more secure stress levels which leads to higher IQ. This is why countries with stable food supplies that previously were demolished by famine and war always see a sharp rise in IQ within a generation or two. This is purely a false dichotomy between IQ and antisocial behaviors. One does not follow the other. It's actually the other way around. Good culture and ethics breed higher IQs.

Yes. Even the mentally disabled can understand stealing is wrong and often times are more solidified in their morality since everything is black or white with little nuance. Purely depends on how they were raised and what their local society believes and how they conduct themselves.

This, right here, is stupidity. IQ doesn't dictate morality. Culture, religion, and education dictate morality. Take someone "low IQ" and give them proper religion, and the super majority of these problems magically resolve themselves. I know because it's been done in papau new guinea. It's less common in international cities like Beijing or Shanghai but vast majority have a very negative opinion of black people especially African.
