The Action Foundation, in collaboration with the Nairobi County Government and the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), is hosting a Rehabilitation Services Outreach to provide essential support for children with disabilities. Outreach Details: Date: Friday, 21st March 2025 Venue: Rapture Church, Embakasi South Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Services offered: - Disability Assessments - Nutrition Assessments & Consultation - NCPWD Registration Who can attend? - Children with disabilities aged 0 to 18 years. -Their Caregivers. Requirements for NCPWD registration: - 2 colored passport photos - Copy of the birth certificate - Copy of parents’ ID cards - Available medical reports eg. audiology report, psychiatry report, EEG report and any other. This is a great opportunity to access vital support and information at no cost. Help us spread the word and ensure every child with a disability gets the care they deserve!
