@DHLexpress customer service is horrible! Do better my package was misplaced at there HUB! It may have been stolen and they refuse admit the loss.

@DHLexpress I’m devastated dhl lost a package for us and no one is helping and the Arizona office is very rude to me. Its a wedding dress for tomorrow 4/1 and for 3 days no one can say where the package. We were told to call back on Monday. What? Wedding is 4/1

@DHLexpress I’m very upset DHL has misplaced my package or someone stole it and no one is being accountable. This is a wedding dress for April 1st and for 3 days DHL cannot tell me why the package is missing. They are very insensitive and very RUDE in the Arizona office.
